Personal training is our main focus, as we specialize in high-profile customers with busy schedules who need maximum quality time with our trainers. You’ll never get 100% attention from your trainer in a big group environment.
Need more motivation than just having a trainer watch you? Ask your partner or friend to join you to work out together! You’ll enjoy an excellent relationship-building session and get fit at the same time.
Private Corporate Group Training
Keeping your employees healthy and full of positive energy means a lot to your business. We provide small group trainings services for different sized companies. You can use our training services or host team-building events (indoor or outdoor, with program design), lunchtime workouts, or after-work training sessions.

TRX is one of the most versatile, efficient and hardcore bodyweight training tools on earth! Designed by Randy Hetrick, a former Navy SEAL, this is one of our most popular pieces of equipment, used by clients at all fitness levels.
Training is not only about how much a person can lift. Performing different movement patterns without restriction requires balance and integrity. During your first visit to our studio, our trainer will go through a series of tests and assessments, including posture and gait screening, movement evaluation, and fitness tests before adding any corrective exercises to your training program.

Want your active kids to avoid injury? We provide teens and kids sport-specific programs ranging from speed and agility training to bodyweight and weightlifting training. They’ll be better prepared and safer as a result.
Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness
Pre and postnatal training and strength conditioning is vital to maximize the chances of a healthy and safe pregnancy as well as getting back in shape after the birth. Research shows that women who train regularly throughout their pregnancy have a smoother delivery and find it easier to maintain their shape postpartum.
Boxing for fitness
Boxing is a great way to build fitness and reduce stress. Add on a 10- to 20-minute boxing circuit at the end of your session to burn extra calories. Make sure you have your water and towel ready!
Strength and Conditioning
Besides functional training, we also provide strength and conditioning training for clients at all levels. We believe perfect practice makes perfect. Wherever you’re starting, we’ll tailor a program to your skills and get you to the next level safely and successfully.

It can be very discouraging to be injured and unable to do the sports we enjoy. Our unique training programs help clients come back from surgeries such as hip replacements, lumbar spine disc removals, or ACL or meniscus issues, helping them to regain mobility and strength quickly and safely.
