Traditional Greek salad dressing

Make a cup (keep extra in a airtight jar in the fridge, keep it up to 2 weeks)

 

Ingredients:

2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed

¼ tsp kosher salt

1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard

½ Cup Extra virgin olive oil

Juice from ½ fresh lemon juice

5 tbsp red wine vinegar

¼ tsp dried oregano leaves or 1 sprig of fresh oregano

 

Direction:

Mix all ingredients together and shake well to mix.
