Personal Trainer Jamie Mok is showing you a series of mobility movements to add on into your training routine to increase foot and ankle mobility. Try it for a month and see how they feel. If they feel great, continue doing them together with your regular warm ups.
Practice them before your workout or do them while you are watching TV instead of lying on the couch.
