Junior/Teens Training

It’s never too soon to start. Training while young can increase physical confidence at a time when bodies are changing, and improve their skills in other sports such as track and field, rugby, swimming, gymnastics and soccer. We will work with your child or teen to see what they want to achieve, find out how we can complement their existing fitness and exercise preferences, and encourage them to try new activities.

Personal training from a young age will teach them the benefits of regular exercise, improve their body confidence and can help with focusing the mind when it comes to academic endeavours. They’ll be better prepared physically for what life has in store, and be safer as a result.
