Perhaps it’s been a while since you’ve worked out. Maybe you just don’t have the time to keep up with your social life and manage to do enough to stay fit. Perhaps you need more motivation than just having a trainer watch you? Ask your partner or friend to join you to work out together! You’ll enjoy an excellent relationship-building session and get fit at the same time.
You will still benefit from the watchful eye of a trainer, who will be able to make sure you are both working to the best of your abilities, but you’ll also benefit from the feeling of having your friend or partner there with you.
It might be that you want someone there for support, or that you like to feel a sense of competition when it comes to fitness, or perhaps you just want to make the best use of your time to hang out and work out. Our trainers will develop a program to suit you both, even if one of you is trying something new and the other is already an expert; we will ensure you both get a successful workout and still enjoy the company of your buddy.
