5 exercises to avoid knee pain while squatting


Does your knee dropped in like this while you squat?

If you are aware of that then you should start doing something about it before your body start to compensate for this impairment from your glutes and ankles.

Your knee dropping in while you squat or lunge is mainly caused by your ankles, glutes and hips.

In this video we focused on building strength for your glutes without putting any stress on your knees. You can use these exercise as a preparation before your leg workout. Alternatively you can also use them on your rest day to condition your lower body.

Perform these 5 exercises for 1 to 2 sets, twice weekly and about 4 to 6 consecutive weeks. I am sure you will feel stronger when you perform squats or lunges and you should also stop seeing those dropped in knee(s) again.
